Important: Only members of the Game Theory Society (GTS) can register for the GAMES 2020 conference. No member of GTS yet? Please first register here.

• Member of Game Theory Society (GTS) On-line participation: Early € 250, Late € 350.
• Discounted Fee for Member Students On-line participation: Early € 160, Late € 260.
• Additional fee for on-site participation: € 160

Early: any application that arrives before or on June 20, 2021.
Late: any application that arrives on between June 21 – July 11, 2021.

Full registration includes the following:

• Conference participation via Virtual Chair
• Access to EC2021 conference

Additional on-site fee includes the following:

• Coffee breaks
• Lunches
• Welcome reception
• Conference dinner

Student Registration

To register as a student you must meet the following guidelines in order to attend the conference: Students must submit a copy of ONE of the following documents as proof of enrollment in the registration form.

• Photocopy of your, currently valid, student ID;
• A short statement indicating that you are a student, signed by your thesis advisor and printed with department letterhead.

No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Conditions

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretariat. Cancellations will be confirmed within two business days.
• Refunds will be made after the conference. There is a 5% deduction to cover administrative costs including bank charges.
• Cancellation until June 25, 2021: refund of the full fee
• Cancellation after June 25, 2021: no refund
• Special provisions for COVID-19: refund of the full on-site fee: In case of positive test test or flight cancellation until July 15 (proof requested). In case of cancellation due to Hungarian or local government measures

The organizers are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, visa problems. No refunds will be given in these situations.

Letters of Invitation

The organization will only provide letters of invitation for visa purposes upon request to registrants when registration is paid in full.
